"I have just finished my second TRX course with Kelly – both of which were brilliant! The course is a great way to develop strength, tone and define your body.

TRX In the Park is a small group (up to 8 people) so it’s sociable but exclusive enough to benefit one-on-one from Kelly’s expertise and empowering approach to exercise without the cost of personal sessions. It’s great being outdoors and feels great to be in the fresh air rather than a confined gym after a long day at the office. You really see results! For the first time in my life I have defined arms! Kelly also measures your progress from the start of the course and the results are dramatic! The sense of progression that I don’t get at the gym is really motivating. TRX is different! It really works to strengthen and define your muscles, especially your core stability but you wont get ‘bulky’ – just lean and strong. The main benefit for me has to be Kelly herself – she is a first class trainer and has provided me with really good fitness education, her approach is definitely empowering, inspiring and motivating – she’s tough but great fun at the same time.
